Maurice’s biggest achievements

  1. Maurice began to live his own dream when he started his own company “Sales Type Insight”, with clients such as Klarna, Tele2 and Zmarta.
  2. His successful role, with a focus on change management, as interim Sales Director SME Nordics at Klarna.
  3. How he, in the midst of the outbreak of the pandemic, managed to transform the work of a UK tech company with two newly established teams in the United Kingdom and the United States, in a market where face-to-face meetings had always been expected.

He is an expert at identifying and balancing the factors that influence the functioning and performance of individuals and teams, largely by establishing a common ground. This relates to both new and established teams and to organisations working in the workplace, as well as remotely.

Maurice’s career in sales began when having completed his master’s degree in International Relations & Business but with no actual know-how, found a job as a sales representative of an energy company, which at the time was expanding its market internationally.

With his attitude of “nothing is impossible”, Maurice managed to land a number of major customers — and his career was launched. Since then, he has been working as a Marketing & Sales Director, interim manager and FEI trainer, eventually leading him to start his own company.

The drive to improve and develop shines through both personally and professionally, and is reflected in his company. Here too, balance is important, and Maurice is keen to make the most of his free time by spending it with his family and enjoying travelling and outdoor recreation.
