About Christian
Christian is a leader, economist and psychologist who has been part of the journey of transformation for many companies. This has included areas such as procedural change, leadership, cultural issues, innovation, digitalisation, resources, business acumen, behaviour and organisation. Evidence-based psychological factors are often the foundation of his process.
He has had the chance to work with companies all over the world, while going on the journey of being in a leading position at his own company.
Today, he leads one of Sweden’s most exciting companies that deals with how the science of psychology drives value for individuals, teams and organisations. His client list is impressive and consists mainly of organisations from the world of business. On that list is everything from OMX30 companies to start-ups and scale ups.
Christian is a licensed psychologist with a focus on organisational psychology, and also has an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics. He has been a consultant for many years, is a member of a number of boards and is involved in several start-ups. He has management experience from various different levels and is today the CEO of PBM, a company with about three hundred employees, whose business concept is services within behavioural psychology – psychological and scientific solutions for individuals, teams and organisations.
Christian is a humble, well-prepared and learning-oriented person. He’s confident in what he wants to achieve and what he can contribute – and doesn’t mince his words. When the difficult questions are asked, you’ll always get a well-thought-out and honest answer. He’s extra proud of his ability to put together and build good teams. Here, his psychological expertise comes in handy, as well as knowing that it’s important to start from the goal of the investment, and not which people you happen to like.
Privately, he has a geeky interest in hand-built skis from the USA and a never-ending goal of not being Stockholm’s worst amateur sailor of old boats.
