Pernilla’s biggest achievements
- The Tele2 and TDC acquisition — merging two former competitors. A journey to get the people in two companies to develop the will to work together, which they then did so well!
- The CEO position at Blocket.
- To have succeeded so well with Blocket during the pandemic, thanks to living values, which we remained loyal to, and a clear purpose. This made some of our decisions easier to make.

About Pernilla
Pernilla is a leader who is genuine, transparent, and empathic. In her own words, she leads with her heart, her brain, and her gut instinct.
Pernilla is convinced that strong leadership results in a high level of commitment, which in turn is a driver of great performance. That is why she leads with a passion for people combined with a passion for achieving results.
For Pernilla, it is important to work in an environment where she shares the company’s values.
Pernilla has extensive experience in business development and change management. For two years, she has been the CEO of Blocket, where her mission was clear from day one: to achieve growth by creating a value driven culture. And she has been successful.
Prior to that, she worked in telecommunications for more than fifteen years. Where she was a Business Area Manager for the corporate market, and a member of the Swedish management team at Tele2, where she was responsible for the acquisition and integration of TDC in Sweden. A successful merger that taught her many valuable lessons.
Pernilla is active in her spare time — mainly as a logistics provider for her football and handball playing sons — and has a newfound love for padel, and goes skiing as much as possible with her family in the ski resort Åre.
Her “Corona-hack” is walk-and-talks, so e-join Pernilla on one of today’s walks towards her goal of 20,000 steps a day!
