About Anders

Anders is an advisor with extensive leadership experience with a background in academia. His work is evidence based and he has in-depth knowledge of modern brain research. Today he’s regularly contracted as an expert in stress-related issues and leadership development.

Stress is perhaps the topic where he has recently deepened his knowledge the most. He uses the latest research to learn how we can mould our brains to become better at handling stress. He has the skills to study science and brain research and use the information to form practical tools. These new tools are so effective that you can see a difference in just a few minutes.

Other situations where he advises companies include when change processes don’t go as planned or there’s a lack of trust. He’s also called on to help groups of middle managers who are often under a lot of pressure in work and life situations. Anders can be a support in personal leadership and give an external perspective on your situation and the culture you’re a part of.

Anders thrives best when dealing with time-critical challenges. His questioning technique, analytical mind and genuine commitment make him a person with a strong presence who has the unique ability to quickly get to the root of the problem. Difficult issues are what makes him tick, and he loves to turn the complicated into the comprehensible. He’s driven by a true desire to understand. He’s fearless, focused on the consequences and can easily draw on his own experiences.

He started his career as a cancer researcher in the pharmaceutical industry. He led clinical research in an international environment with global responsibility for four years. After many years, he took the leap to start his own business and now focuses on leadership, transformation management and stress. He’s often contracted as a speaker and lecturer, holds workshops and courses and runs training programmes in Europe, North America and Asia.

In his private life, he spends a lot of time out in nature and likes sport and meeting new people.

Anders himself says that he is not particularly entertaining, but he achieves real results and is highly appreciated by his customers.
