A lot of companies are good at asking customers about their experience, but not all of them are quite as good at putting this information to good use. Measuring the right things is incredibly important in order to take the right action. This is an important basis for creating a sustainable customer experience and above all, to get your message across to the customers. Building customer loyalty is an art, especially today when everything is available in a completely different way.

Katrin has a degree in economics from the university of Stockholm and a background in logistics and e-commerce, including the role of business developer at Postnord for many years. Her interest in the customer journey and how it connects to the business began when Postnord started measuring and mapping customer behaviour.

Having worked in a large organisation, Katrin has seen the issues from an inside perspective and knows what will make a difference. Today, Postnord is a thriving business in the logistics market. Katrin is currently a consultant at Brilliant Future and works exclusively with teamwork and customer experience. She is also NPS certified.

Katrin is skilled at asking the kind of questions that lead to great discussion and engagement. She enjoys getting to know different businesses and industries and is quick to spot areas of potential development. She is also aware that decision-making is a matter of gut feeling as well as facts.

In her spare time, Katrin likes staying active and is a master at holidaying by bike, which is how she has discovered many parts of Europe.
